West Shore is a seasonal, admission-free museum in Bailey Park on M-35, about 15 miles north of Menominee. Explore historic boats and buildings, the Bailey House, nature trails, Red Rock Trail, boardwalk, picnic areas, and the Green Bay shoreline.

Begin in the Pioneer Room, where a video reel moves through local history and a timeline of the community. The center also houses a local-history archive, gift shop, modern restrooms, and air conditioning — a comfortable place to orient yourself before exploring the grounds.

Volunteer docents share the museum’s stories during open hours. A five-stop self-guided mobile audio tour of the Bailey House is also available on your phone, along with a mobile grounds map.
